Now apparently Kellen Lutz was one of the best things about twilight and I must say that this explains allot as he is terrible in this film and I never cared about Hercules in this film or anything that affected him in any way at all.
The supporting cast was ridiculous with both the stepfather and the step brother being cartoons that really are not a good representation of what a villain in this film should be like. The mother of Hercules is massively underutilized and her part is pointless. Also the love interest sucks as her character is an idiot that provides nothing in the film but just a bad actress that is pointless.
The story is all over the place with the story of Hercules not being interesting at all and the character has absolutely no layers to him. Also the love interest and family ordeals are so cliche that it hurts and really hurts the film.
The script is awful with all the dialogue being stoic and emotionless with every single character being absolutely uninteresting. You would think with everything involved with the characters that there would be some interesting dialogue but there really isn't.
The style is awful with the fact that this big budget film has probably the worst cgi I have ever seen and it is just insulting for how much money was sent on it. The fight choreography is terrible with the overuse of slow MO really destroying any interesting action.
